MetaData Preferences – Options
1. Introduction
This option allows you to set some general parameters.
· Click the button on the Start page.
The Options screen is displayed:

Move the templates (as defined in AFO 153) that can be used for metadata editing to the right.
·
Select the record status that is to be applied after validation by a moderator.
·
Select the optional field of the borrower record (as defined in AFO 482) that is to be used for adding authorization information.
Note
Always remember to click the button (usually right at the bottom of the screen) to save any changes you have made.
